Type of Scheme:
An Open Ended Equity Fund.

Investment Objective:
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation for investors from a portfolio of equity and equity related securities.
However, there can be no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the Scheme would be achieved.

Asset Allocation:
The investment policies of each Scheme shall be as per SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996, and within the following guidelines. Under normal market circumstances, the investment range would be as follows:

Minimum Application Amount:
New Purchase - Rs.5,000/- and in multiples of Rs.100/- thereafter.

Monthly Option - Rs.1,000/- per month for a minimum period of 06 months .
Quarterly Option - Rs.1,500/- per quarter for a minimum period of 04 quarters.

Exit Load: 2% - if redeemed/switched out, on or before 2 months from the date of allotment.
